WE funds support the implementation of the local IRC’s WE STAR Program, serving at least 165 women in immigrant, refugee, and low-income communities. Through this initiative, participants gain access to a robust suite of services, including business planning support, financial literacy education, digital marketing strategies, and other core entrepreneurial skills. It not only enhances participants’ business acumen but also strengthens their capacity to achieve economic self-sufficiency, contribute to local economic growth, and build lasting pathways to success.
