WE funds support OEF’s Entrepreneurial and Empowered Women Program, serving 400 women, 18-50 years old, living in 14 rural and urban, marginalized communities in Chalatenango, Sonsonate, San Vicente, and Usulutan. Participants live below the poverty line, with an estimated per capita income of less than $100 per month. The program combines training, access to inclusive microloans, seed capital (toolkits and essential supplies), and technical follow-up to promote productive autonomy and family well-being.
